Returns and Exchanges
Lucky for you, we here at Hazmat Design make returning items you aren't psyched about totally easy. Let's say your item doesn't fit right, it's damaged, or the color isn't exactly what your heart desires; hightail it back to us within 30 days and drop an email to: email@example.com
(There are no returns on custom orders)
As soon as the item makes it back to us, we will send a confirmation email containing a store credit code for you to use at your convenience for a new size, color, or completely different item! The good news is, your code has NO expiration date, so use it when you feel like it! If for any reason you lost the return form sent with every order, don't worry; hit the button below and print a new one:
ALL EXCHANGES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
- Mail it back within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.
- The item is not on sale, discounted or part of a special order.
- The item is not a custom item, vintage, or underwear.
- The item is not from a store.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it registered post. Any returned or exchanged items must be returned within 2 months of purchase. Anything outside of this time frame will be up to our discretion.

Hazmat Design is NOT responsible for any shipping charges which occur from an exchanged item. Keep your tracking number to ensure the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
